cathay pacific - unable to check in online
Hi,
When I am trying to check in online, I am getting the following message. Is anyone aware of this issue?
Errors Occurred
We're sorry, there has been an error in capturing your travel information. Please start the check in process again and if the problem persists, proceed to the airport where our staff will be happy to check you in. [E11B60005]
