Because the price listed are Priceline's express deals price which are way lower than rack rate on Kayak.

Will you get the hotel stated on the app or it might be a different hotel since we are booking as Priceline express deals?

At the moment, only on iOS but the android version is in dev and will be available soon. You can also use website http://expdeals.com
