Hotel wiz, reliable?
Do their hotel bookings accurately get sent to the hotels?
Are their any hidden or surprise charges?
How does their best rate guarantee work -- is it genuine or just window dressing?
They have been around for a decade , but I can find nothing about them online, no complaints, no reviews.
