I know it does for the hotel rooms. I used mine already.
If you are looking for more bonus money, you might also watch an area called Bonus Money Opportunities on this site. You do have to be registered for the area to show.
I'm not sure on the rental car.

I was thinking about buy a ENT book, but I am not sure if it's worth it. May I ask how much bonus cash does the ENT book 2013 offer? Do you have to be registered with Entertainment to use the bonus cash? Are there any restrictions with the bonus cash? Thanks!

Probably not worth buying the book just for that, but if you were to buy the book for the city you plan to visit it might work well.

This just came to light today:

Not sure how the chapter 7 filing would affect coupons in their 2013 books though.

There is a standing Priceline bonus cash offer: http://www.hoteldealsrevealed.com/fo...php?f=0&t=2798
Requires stay of 3 nights or more. I used it for a recent trip (March 2013) and it worked.
