Is it possible to book RTW via BA in JNB/CPT?

Is it possible to book RTW via BA in JNB/CPT?
I know that I can use Mindpearl in CPT to book a RTW on AA ticket stock, but I'd like to avoid the CC foreign transaction fees which on 2 tickets could amount to over US$600 using my Citi Visa card. Booking via BA using a Chase CC I would be able to avoid them as well as obtain x2.5 Avios plus OnBusiness pts.
Has anyone used BA in JNB or CPT to issue one, please?
