Advice - QR J or BA F, NBO-IAD?

I assume the 'we' means you are travelling with a partner, and would be happy sitting next to him/her? Cost being equal I would in that case choose the long segment in a very good QR J seat followed by a shorter connection on the 320, over two medium length BA flights in a mediocre F seat.
