Too bad they didn't cover the dummy shown riding her bike on the sidewalk.

It is amazing how many tourists will come across a sidewalk where the space to walk narrows because of some obstruction.....
...and suddenly decide to stop and park themselves in this formation...
...rather than, say,...

William Whyte wrote about this phenomenon. People love to gather in obstructive patterns. At the junction of two sidewalks. Or in front of Bloomingdale's. It appears to be a hard-wired instinct.
