What about if the coupon owner is the additional driver?

In that case, I would suggest the reservation should be in the coupon owner's name.

Of course, YMMV on all of this, but the terms don't leave much room for interpretation on this point.

I think otherwise, the term said can't be transferred (didn't read but assume that is similar to wording) but if coupon owner IS present with the car just not the primary renter, then I still think there is some room for interpretation that no?

Reason for asking is what if coupon owner is helping others earn credits.
