National Customer facility Charge Bradley Airport

I have been renting cars from Bradley airport in CT for the past couple of years and the customer facility fee has always been 3.50 per day up until my last rental, i noticed when returning my car last week on the receipt that it went up to 6.00 per day, even though my confirmation said its 3.50 per day, someone mentioned that it might be temporary. anyone with more info on this would be appreciated.
