toll charges
Hi folks-last week was my bad experience at EYR where there was no car for me despite a reservation, a confirmation email and executive status--yesertday mastercard called me saying national had put thru a charge for 6.50 for tolls--I rent from them every week and always have toll roads, could tis be plausible?
I did rent from thrifty last week and this is the first time I have had a call like this--thanks

I've called before and it was pretty straight forward. They were quickly able to look up what contract number it was tied to.
If you don't want to call you can look through your rental history. It will be updated. Mine showed something like this:
Toll/parking/violation Fees 1.70
Admin Fees 17.00
..yea that's $17 extra for them to pay my fine for me

My card showed the location the tolls were associated with on the charge, so it was pretty easy for me to tie it to a particular rental. I was surprised to "only" have $10 in fees for a $6 toll charge.

You can pull an itemized receipt at the below link (either through partial credit card number or rental contract number). This is the toll pass administrator National is using.

Thanks for the link! Never knew this site existed. One would think that National would put this on their website!
