I was recently tring to book an open segment on QF10 LHR-MEL. When I looked in the tool, it said D0. I thought I was going to have to make alternative arrangements.
When I checked on Amex ITN it showed D9.
When I actually called the airline - no problem in getting D inventory.
Does the tool and Amex ITN access different CRSs? Is there another reason for the discrepancy?

Trying to see public T class on UA... doesn't show up if you ask for all classes. If I specify T, I get this:

I've hit an intermittent problem this morning with v1.64. It says that it's checking for the up/down time, and then I get the Microsoft "this program needs to close" error window with the option to send an error report to Microsoft. I can't easily find the nature of the problem from that error window.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but that's done nothing to solve the problem. It seems I just have to keep trying it until I get an instance that works (about one start in 10).
What have I done wrong or am I doing wrong?

Also, what does "Available" mean, compared to 0..7? Does it simply mean that it's 1 or more?

I'm trying to get this flight in H class for 6 people. The tool shows at least 9 available yet my travel agent says there's no availability. Can anyone explain this?

I find this tool to be pretty reliable. It is one reason I really like it.
This tool shows the real status in side by side comparisons to other tools (and in phoning the airline to try to get seats). Seems that different airlines will "fool" different tools in different ways so we need to understand limitations of each.
In comparison, I have found the UA-based ITN availability tool to be unreliable for China domestic flights, showing apparent availability when there is none.

We're flyng from Malaga on the 26th to FRA then to BKK, before heading home to Syd. If we can't get on that flight, we'll have to overnight in Frankfurt. That'll be a real bummer as our kids are really young and it'll just be a real pain getting hotel rms, airport transfers, etc.
Currently, we're confirmed on the 10.30pm flight out of FRA on 27th and waitlisted for the 10pm LH744 on the 26th.
