What a great tool!!! I've been looking for something like this, all I have found so far is the Galileo tool which is hard to read and each fair class is hard to read. We should all be thankful.

Bring this thread forward....
It seems to me that the airlines and online booking sites are trying everything possible to deprive consumers of "detailed information" such as availablity by booking class.

united shows booking class if you select the expert mode, LH shows the booking class when you book. I guess most customers don't care as long as they get a low price choice. It doesn't help you to know the booking class if there is no way you can get that friday evening departure flight on the lowest possible fare.

(To show how important it is for airline consumers to be informed about booking classes, and other things airlines won't want us to know about)

I agree. It is unstable and at 2000 hrs BST was giving the error message - probably all the US traffic overloads it. Hoever, I think that it is a privilege to have access to such information and it is most useful in trying to book upgrade awards. That said I had to go blind when the system crashed for some time in June (I think) - and one has to work out when it is likely to be on or not. One just has to be aware that it cannot and should not be relied on 100%
