Wow, I remember that, made by someone who knew the game, and in the above video says he actually does not know as much as others...........here on FT.
What I found most interesting from watching it was:
Then FT had 160k members. Now its closing on 700k!
Randy at the time alluded to 11 million posts. Its now over 27 million.
But what I found most amazing is that, if Steven had earned 17 million at that time and Randy 18 million, then wow, I think I've earned more than them but had not realized it!

If you want a show that people will watch, it should be about how average people (i.e those that don't fly enough to get status) can use airline & hotel miles for free trips (economy class, BW-style trips to Florida with the kids). Just look at how popular the Extreme Couponing show was, and that was just about getting free gatorade and toilet paper. Unfortunately for you, that wouldn't result in someone paying you to fly around the world in first class It would also unrealistically raise people's expectations as to what these programs can normally do, leading to more dissatisfaction and a possible devaluation for those of us who quietly enjoy this hobby.

I hate to throw cold water on the OP, but this reminds me a little too much of what I attempted to do back in college (over a decade ago....damn I'm getting old ).
OP - you probably won't find a whole lot of support around here until you invested more time and energy contributing to the community. With that said, as a financial consultant who has clients that are "in the industry" I will say that the idea of putting together a documentary like this is a whole lot harder than you're imagining. The team that goes into these efforts is as impressive as it is chaotic. Do some research on film production, find a good producer or production team, meet an editor or two, a graphic designer, a media marketing specialist, then a pitch-person. BTW - you'll need a good way to pay them all unless they owe you their life. Put together a storyboard or a formal pitch presentation/video then come on back. I, for one, am happy to support something like this eventually. Heck, I'd be an enthusiastic promoter, eventually. Right now you just look like you're trying to find someone else to pay for flights in the front of the plane.

Not the topic of this thread, but this is far from true. Alliances provide some benefits, but even the top alliance tier can receive fewer benefits than an airline's own lowest tier.
