BOS (area) to Jackson Hole Award Booking UA

Hi -

I am looking to book a UA Award ticket Boston area to Jackson Hole for 25K miles

There's plenty of flights availability out there for 12.5K, but can't seem to find any on the way back...

My guess is I'm SOL, but maybe there's some routing/partner airline I'm not thinking of?

Dates 2/28 to 3/8

Long shot, but any assistance would be great!

Thanks

I do not believe that UA has any Mileage Plus partners that fly from one point in the continental U.S. to another point in the continental U.S.

Look for availability from other airports. West Yellowstone, Idaho Falls, etc. Be willing to drive one way to those locations though in winter could be a gamble.

Try searching from or to intermediate connection points, and then use multi-city search to tie them together. I once flew ATL-SFO via IAD, ORD and ASE right after Christmas for 12,500 miles.

Ski destination? Winter season? Sunday? Probably not happening.

The best option I see is IDA-DEN-IAD-EWR-BOS at the saver level involving a 10 hour layover in DEN and a redeye DEN IAD.

What sincx said. Plus if you have really tight connections and a schedule change makes an illegal connection, you can have UA open space on a direct flight.

If you're willing to come back on 3/7, you could fly out of Manchester, NH.

In fact, UA has three or four.

Assume you are referring to
HA (only Hawaii inter-island)
Island Air (only Hawaii inter-island)
Silver Airways (FL flights)
Cape Air (mini-hub! at Billings, Montana)

Addendum -- Great Lakes Airlines

Most UX providers can not be natively booked as award flight flights, so in the context of this question those carriers do not provide service as a MileagePlus partners and would not count. Subcontractors yes, MileagePlus partners no.
