Question Any new hotel bonus promotions after May 1??

Radisson's Stay Three Nights. Get One Free has ended April 13. Hyatt's Endless Possiblities, Starwood's Nights After Nights (?) 2500 bonuses, Hilton's 5000 Weekender, IHG's Big Win, & Marriott's MegaBonus all end April 30.

The only new ones I see for May into Summer are Best Western's: $50 GC for 2 stays & 2000 Aeroplan miles per stay. Does anybody have any new news?

You're probably a week or more away from the news starting to dribble out about the next rounds of promos. For example, it's been pointed out recently in the Marriott forum that last year, when the first promo also was ending April 30, they announced the promo starting May 15 around April 20. Thus if they follow the same calendar this year (no guarantees), it's still about a week away at least. Hilton, on the other hand, tends not to announce until the previous promo is over or maybe on its last couple days, so you're probably several weeks from hearing about Hilton's next promo. IHG is doing the targeted Big Win through April 30, and it's much more of a mess than last fall's version (with "book with IHG" types of promos failing to post for months), so who knows if they'll repeat it as back-to-back as this last time? (IHG has "broken the mold" on promos in the past 7 months, so hard to say yet what the pettern is.)

For many years Marriott had no promos in May. Now that theyve changed their promos so that they start on the 15th of the month, I think sdsearch is right, theyll have one but it wont start until mid May.

Does Hyatt typidally do back-to-back promos with no gap?

Hilton and IHG has little or not gaps, but most other hotel programs seem to have a gap of at least a week or two between promos. I'm not familiar specifically with whether Hyatt does or not.

But Hyatt's current promo ends April 30 (per post 1 above), so if they typically have a gap between promos, that would seem likely to rule out anything before May 10.
