I see the "Big Game" poll under Member's Choice (Vote for Big Game Merchandise vs Slow Cooker vs Popcorn Maker), but I don't see where it's worth points - am I looking in the wrong place? I don't want to answer a poll for no points if I can answer it for 25 points instead!

(and thanks everyone for posting all this - I needed some points to top off a reward certificate, and this is great!)

Vote by clicking on one of the pictures. You should receive 25 points. There are two more days left for that poll.

New poll out this morning on Van Halen, for an easy 25 points. There has been a new question each day.

It looks like there is a new poll every day for 25 points. The member's choice poll looks like it is weekly and the ultimate spaces tells you the countdown to the next room. Based upon the ultimate spaces countdown, it looks like this is supposed to go on for another 3 months.

I'm logged in to BBRZ, and I can't the option to change redemption to miles. I only see changing it to different denominations, $5, $10, etc.

I think you can convert BBRZ points to airlines only through points.com

I have been contacted by someone that said they set their Best Buy Reward Zone (BBRZ) account redemption limit to $20 = 1000 pts, yet because of the current bounty of free points being given on their Facebook page, they were automatically issued a certificate at 250 pts. BBRZ is apparently telling them non-purchase points do not follow the same redemption rules.I have read through all the terms and nothing jumped out at me eluding to this rule.

Yet I know my account is over 250 pts with a 1000 pt redemption set, and I have not been issued a certificate.

Has anyone else been experiencing this same issue?

Can you please confirm for me if you had any points left over from last year, that may have been converted into certificates? When did you earn the points that were converted? Thanks!

I will have another certificate issued in about a week if the system has not changed me over to the $20 per 1,000 points.

I am having the same problem. I switched my account to $20 for 1000 points 1 week ago. Last night I was awarded a $5 reward certificate. I did not have any points from 2012. Does anybody know how long it takes to activate the new setting?

Wait a minute. The annual point expiration includes points you just earned?

I logged on to Reward Zone and it said I had 72 points. Then I answered the poll question and it said I have 25 points. I checked My Account and this line appears below the 25 points I just earned:

"02/06/13 Annual Point Expiration. See Program Rules. $0.00 -72 pts ".

The previous 3 entries are as follows:

02/04/13 Facebook - Poll FREE 25 pts
02/02/13 Facebook - Poll FREE 25 pts
02/01/13 Facebook - Poll FREE 25 pts

So there was no point in answering the questions until they swept the account. How incredibly dumb is that?
