Tax in award tickets higher than full price

Tax in award tickets higher than full price
I was just booking a flight for May PRG-DME and found out, that return award ticket cost
5279.00 CZK + 30,000 miles
if I pay, I can buy the same for
4069.00 CZK (class T,E cost 1583 CZK, means taxes are 2486 CZK only (return) (LH YQ surcharge within this booking (YQ) is 658.00))
Does anyone know what taxes are included in the award ticket? Or is it just trick from LH to make award tickets "really valuable".

M&M redemption is not worth it for eco IMHO but only C/F flights.
