OK BOOKED for April 2017 via Expedia Goddamnit, this one was too good to let it go. Occasions to fly SQ's J are really too uncommon!

If you have an understanding of the SQ fare structure and look at the full list of all fares that SQ has filed between say SCL-HYD, you will have a pretty good sense of what is going on here. This fare is fare class CTA for RT and CTAO for OW. Of course C fare basis is usually reserved for SQs most expensive fares and here it is the least expensive of all fares for this route.

Also, this info is helpful for handicapping odds of flying and whether you should invest in non flexible travel to get to SCL.
