Help please: AA MR ex-Europe mid-Sept

Just found I have a window of time from Sept 10th - 14th and looking to knock out as many AA EQM or EQP.

Will be starting in Paris but happy to position anywhere in Europe if it was worthwhile.

Any suggestions?

None of them seem to line up with my window of free time. There is a chance I might have some time a bit later in the month, in which case I have a backup plan ready to nest a SFO>BGO run inside a BGO>SFO run. I think I will be in CPH anyway, so it's an easy position, but even that one will be at slightly higher cpm than listed in the forum as my travel window falls outside the optimal pricing availability.

Was not aware of that booking at all, so really appreciate the heads up.

Still looking for a better deal, but this is definitely a sold option.

If you connect via DFW, it seems that it is 20,460 miles, for 4.6cpm, even better. But Argentina also has reciprocity fee for US citizens, look it up.

Another option is this, if it works with your dates.

If you want to do EQPs in comfort and can make the dates work, this is another great option, FRA-DFW-SCL in First, it has long weekend dates for fall, $2,665, but it is 20k miles, with the current 2.0 EQP/mile promo it is at least 40k EQPs, depending where it books. About 6.6 cpp but in unbeatable comfort, lol.

Example: https://www.kayak.com/flights/FRA-SC...15-11-15/first

Depending on your status, it also has big long flights rdm bonuses:

The same with above but other options, cheaper, but one flight in economy, play with it:

That's so great and I am all for the idea of a premium cabin EQP MR, but as I tried to push the dates closer the rates quickly deteriorated and in my business November may as well be 2018: my schedule will change 86 times between now and then so any purchase would most likely end up a total loss. It's part of what makes and MR so hard for me. :-/

Really need to find something in Sept for it to work.

Still, thank you so much for the suggestion. Especially as I have some friends in Santiago, it would have been great!

Check this out, weird mix, half in first and half in economy, for your dates for $2,100:

https://www.kayak.com/flights/FRA-SC...le-2days/first

You have to do the math in what that yields though in EQP/EQM.

That's very interesting. Works out to just under 30k EQP at 7cpp.

Two questions: is there anyway to make Kayak show the fare class? If the econ sections are in Y, I could upgrade using miles without paying a fee. Also, is there a trick to multi-class booking on AA.com? When I click through on Kayak it says the fare is no longer available and when I search it again through AA directly I have to choose econ OR 1st.

In econ the whole way it prices out at $876 with 20028 EQM @ 4.4cpm.

Check this out for your dates, very tempting, CDG-GRU business for $2,800 on AA (cheaper on BA but not bonus eqps, I believe):

https://www.kayak.com/flights/CDG-GR...after/business

All flat beds except one segment on the 757. 17k miles, 34k eqps. All in class fare I. 8.2 cpp

I don't know about visas/entry fees for Brazil though.

For fare class on kayak, go to "show details", click on "fares", and sometimes it shows it, but not always. If it shows it, it is the first letter of the fare code.
I don't know about your second question, sorry.
