bahaha I did three of those runs (only SFO-IAH-PDX-IAH-SFO though). Perhaps we might have been on a same flight?

That fare was so good, I almost had my ticket cancelled by the eewnited club dragon.

Many years ago Reno Air had a promotion and I did 20 segments between SJC-LAX in 4 days plus 2 segments to/from SEA. The GAs and FAs got to know me real well since it usually was the same crew working those flights.

This was not strictly an MR, but I needed to fly LHR-HKG-LHR twice in Y.

I managed to get my routing to be LHR-DUS-DRS (train) TXL-ZRH-HKG-ZRH-LHR-NCL-LHR / LCY-AMS-LHR-HKG-SYD(!!)-HKG-LHR-AMS-LCY with the long-haul segments in J for a very modest additional cost over the 2 direct returns in Y, which I easily made back from the extra miles earned.

I recently did bos-lga-phl-phx-lgb-phx-phl-lga-bos

Out of this bos-lga-bos was positioning and the lga-bos return flight was out of 24 hrs window as on Sunday the lga-bos shuttle doesn't run on the hour every hour.

10 segments. It was more of a segments run than a mileage run

CWA-ORD-SEA-PDX-SEA-ANC-SEA-PDX-SEA-ORD-CWA

Sometimes for a mere additional $10 you can add a SEA-PDX QX shuttle to pick up a segment and 500 EQMs not to mention the bonus RDMs if you are an AS elite member. Sometimes adding the QX segment doesnt cost any extra

Not sure it was the most number of segments I've done but one of my most memorable was a 46 hour all First Class marathon of back-to-back AA SFO-ORD roundtrips to re-qualify for EXP a few years ago. My trip report on that one.

The longest I have done is:

LHR-SIN-KUL-PEN-KUL-SYD-LAX-LAS-JFK-LCY-AMS-CWL

It wasn't all on one carrier, the final segments did not win any miles and wasn't all within 24 hours but it was a dedicated business/mileage run.

Not technically a MR, since *almost* every destination worked out as a business destination, but:

TUS-LAX-FCO-OTP-OMR-OTP-BEG-AMS//PRG-SVO-PEK-PVG-HKG-PVG-KMG-DXB-DOH-BAH-DXB-HKG-LAX-SEA-DTW-SLC-LAX-JFK-CDG-OTP-CDG-HKG-LAX-SMF-SEA-TUS
