UA:$128 BWI-DFW 3470PQM 3.7cpm
Just saw this weekend MR pop up:
UA:$128 BWI-DFW 3470PQM 3.7cpm (w/ 500mi min) NRK21AWS
Sat 31 Jan (fare gone on this date)
UA332 BWI-IAH 0755-1035 320
UA3452 IAH-DFW 1430-1542 E70
UA3748 DFW-IAH 1726-1833 E75

http://goo.gl/flights/o21l
This is a 21-day advance purchase, so only valid until today.
Connection at IAH on the return in a bit tight (46 min), so make sure to buy your ticket with a Chase card that gets you trip delay insurance. (Hopefully it works in this case.)
12 Jan Update: Fare no longer available on above date. However, I now see availability on Sat 7 Feb. http://goo.gl/flights/C3z6

Trip report for UA:$107 IAD-DFW 2342PQM 4.53cpm
Here's a trip report for my earlier post #102 UA:$107 IAD-DFW 2342PQM 4.53cpm:
I did this MR over the weekend, and it was interesting. First, the outbound:
Night before, I notice lots of N seats available connecting via IAH, so I try to SDC...but all fares were showing $400+ more. That doesn't work for me, so I stick to the existing flight UA3744 on the CR7. At least I was CPUed at T-96h.
Once I get to the gate, I see that the plane is completely full. (So why they wouldn't want me to change to another flight the night before baffles me.) And worse yet, the flight time has increased, due to stronger headwinds. So there's an announcment made: "The aircraft may now be overweight, so we need to ask for volunteers to take a later flight. If you are selected, we will issue you a $500 travel certificate." Hmmm, they will pay me $500 to NOT ride a CR7...no brainer. I volunteered myself. Unfortunately for me, we were not overweight.
And for the return:
As the same aircraft was to make the return trip UA5090 2h later (again CPUed at T-48h), there was almost no risk that I would somehow miss that connection. But once I landed, the app showed the return flight was WXed out. No way to get home the same day, I was automatically rebooked onto the morning CR7 flight UA3791, again CPUed. Cool. Even better, delay insurance on my Explorer card kicks in, so I will get reimbursed for hotel/dinner. Checking other flight options, I see DFW-DEN-IAD is possible in the morning. So I take UA6261 DFW-DEN CR7, and CPUed at the gate. UA1094 DEN-IAD did not clear CPU...ended at #1. However, this 739 with 20F/51E+/96Y seats only had 20F/25E+/28Y passengers...so less than half full in the back. I was able to get the "Economy Lay-Flat" of 21DEF, which was quite comfortable.
So my "bad luck" was definitely a good thing:
Planned: IAD-DFW-IAD 2342PQM 4.53cpm
Actual: IAD-DFW-DEN-IAD 3265PQM 3.25cpm
Lessons learned: 1) DFW airport hotels suck. There's a whole bunch of heavies taking off starting midnight. I suspect a cargo carrier hubbed there. Get to bed early, or really late. 2) CR7 is uncomfortable in the front, miserable in the back. "Tube of despair" is quite accurate.
Safe travels, I hope you are all as (un)fortunate on your next MR.

Thanks for the report
Thanks for the report. I was debating between the DFW run or the LAS run posted after your initial find. Ended up doing the LAS instead. The CR weighed heavily in my decision.
Also did IAD-DXB over this long weekend. It was not an immediate turn. I found a 5.3 cpm fare on ctrip mobile app.
Anyone seeing any other good weekend trips Ex DC in the next couple weeks or late spring?

Yes, the CR7 is brutal at 3h. The BWI-IAH-DFW route was much easier.
Like you, I'm doing LAS, next week:
UA:$204 BWI-LAS 5454PQM 3.7cpm
Wed 25 Feb
UA4434 BWI-EWR 0558-0654
UA303 EWR-LAS 1000-1255
UA1042 LAS-EWR 2219-0600(+1d)
UA4800 EWR-BWI 0759-0922
http://goo.gl/flights/rCv5
Amazingly, this fare is still available! There's also the option for departing BWI at 0949, arriving LAS 1728 for the same price.
As far as weekend, this is the best I have found:
UA:$248 BWI-LAS 4238PQM 6.0cpm
Sat 21 Feb
UA1697 BWI-DEN 0815-1030
UA1190 DEN-LAS 1115-1213
UA437 LAS-DEN 1342-1633
UA748 DEN-BWI 1731-2250
http://goo.gl/flights/c15I
Pickings are getting slim before we are into the new MP program. It may be possible to SDC this for more mileage, which will also improve cpm.

Same Day Change - if you're platinum premier or higher you can change to a different routing in the same fare class, not just class of service, at no charge within 24 hours of your scheduled departure.

But as I type this I am returning from OGG - thanks to The Flight Deal, found a crazy last-minute fare from BWI...and was able to snag a lie-flat seat on EWR-HNL with an RPU!
