The price is back. Seems to be competiting with US Air price.
Not great MR but, you can't find anything towards west under $300 from DTW anways.

I found DTW-MSP-PHX-LAX-DTW in a multi city search using June 2nd for all three departures for $203. If you do DTW-PHX-LAX-DTW it is $192 for the same dates. Not bad at all.

Thanks! Couldn't find the LAX connection, but direct flights for $181 is great! Now if I can only find a similar rate for DTW-NRT!

Thanks for the heads up DeltaMBSflyer, while it might not be a great mileage run for other cities. It is hard to find one out of DTW with same day turns (at least for a rookie like me)

great deal
Booked the fare and traveled last tuesday evening with return on the redeye wed. night , $181 AI ... UP graded to business class both ways , 3 days in advance .

Only missed 1 day of work and was able to visit 2 groups of old friends !
Not a true MR , but with Platium bonus I recieved 6700 Delta Skymiles . Only drawback was temperature of 106 !

Check the fare rules. When this fare was originally filed, it was TuWed only with travel commencing by June 6th.

It also works for PHX-DTW... just booked same day turn around for Wed. 5/30; with $50 AmEx credit, it came out to $131.60.

It's still $204. I'm trying to fly *A due to me going the Aegean Airlines for Gold Status route...but still, this is really good (to me).

Does anyone know how likely any of these segments are to be oversold?

These are the flight segments:
Tuesday June 5

725am/840am/949AM DTW>MSP DL (945,880,1650) (T)
1120Am MSP > PHX DL 2134 (T)
635PM PHX > LAX DL 4796 (skywest dba Delta) (T)
1105PM LAX > DTW (T) DL 1406 (redeye)
