Exclamation OpenSkies NYCAMS - Business $1609 RT all-in!!!!

OpenSkies have just introduced some incredible sale fares from NYC to AMS -- $1609 r/t all-in in Biz (fully-flat bed), $1155 r/t all-in in Prem+ (traditional J seat)! Great fares are also available ex-AMS (€1199 r/t all-in in Biz, €849 r/t all-in in Prem+), and from NYC to Paris, too. Sale ends Friday, Sept. 12.

Can't seem to find the $1609 as mentioned in the article. The best I'm seeing is a "Limited Offer in Biz" - NYC-AMS @ $1,191 OW

edited...OK, I see them....You have to click through that screen and the price changes. Thanks.

Still a great fare though, it'd be nice to see some of that from the West Coast.

Um, Open Skies is an all-premium airline -- just J and F!

One can earn BA miles, not OW.
757 is kind of loud, but service is nice.

Make sure you get the pre departure dinner. Yum.

Nope...all E+ and J. They removed the Y/E- seats based on demand for the E+ service.

When I use the BA "miles earned" calculator with OpenSkies it shows 0 points earned even when I enter Biz for the JFK-AMS route. Yet it says on the OpenSkies that you can earn BA miles. Can someone point out specifically how to find what miles can be earned on what flights?

In a short answer...no.

And to previous poster: openskies allows BA miles earnings, but since it is not part of OW, cannot earn on OW 'partners'.

Really? No lounge access?

Where do you eat the pre-departure meal?

Lounge access is only for BIZ (first) pax. Prem + gets no lounge outbound.

In Orly (inbound), Prem + gets access, but lounge isn't as nice.

Sorry, but you have it wrong. OpenSkies is an all premium airline, but not J and F. They have 2 cabins, one called BIZ which is a BA flat bed. The 2nd cabin is called PREM+ and is a product type that doesn't really exist anywhere else. It's a seat similar to what other airlines sell as business class for a lot less money.

Suggest you take a look at their site
