$138 was without taxes

Only problem is its going to cost $235 to get to BWI from BNA. Even WN doesn't have anything cheaper.....

Book it now, then wait for a DING - I bet you'll find it cheaper SOMETIME between now and your travel date.

Doesn't appear LAX-DEN-BWI-ORD-LAX would get more than 4,717; this wouldn't qualify for the DEN promo right?

Moral opposition to WN - would never plan to fly them in advance. (I gave in a few months ago when I was going to misconnect on the last flight of the evening - was visitng an ailing family member and didn't have too much time and didn't want to loose a half day)

So flying them to get to a mileage run would violate my rules entirely

No Thanksgiving?
So, did this fare ever apply to Thanksgiving weekend? 'Cause I'm sure not pulling it up now, though I can find this fare for other dates.

Or, was it just completely idiotic of me to think that UA (or anyone else) might have been offering this fare over that weekend?

Just put two of these LAX-SFO-BWI-SFO-LAX on hold (will buy later) to hit my CR1 quota for this quarter.

You could probably do something like LAX-SNA-SFO-BWI if you can find availability on L class or pick up cities from the following list:

If it works LAX-BWI, then should it also work starting here in WAS, that is BWI-LAX? (I am going to start looking in a minute.)
