Unlimited stopovers ?? not working!!

I called DL and there is C fare from BKK to SFO one-way for $883 incl taxes via HKG and ICN

Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd 702* Business (C) Confirmed Bangkok, Thailand (BKK) 6:40pm
4 May 2006 Hong Kong, Hong Kong (HKG) 10:30pm
4 May 2006
* Operated by Delta Partner
Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd 412* Business (C) Confirmed Hong Kong, Hong Kong (HKG) 12:20am
5 May 2006 Seoul, Korea (ICN) 4:55am
5 May 2006
* Operated by Delta Partner
Delta 7867* Business (C) Confirmed Seoul, Korea (ICN) 6:05pm
5 May 2006 San Francisco, CA (SFO) 12:30pm
5 May 2006

Once I change travel dates in HKG or ICN, airfare will go up from $883 to $2900!! But the fare rules said unlimited stopovers?!

At first glance, this seems like the HIP rule is taking effect for stopovers. However, I haven't looked at the fare rules, so couldn't say for sure.

Looks like OZ no longer publishes a fare CMB-HNL! Do you think this thread had it pulled?

Well I saw it posted in Travelocity's Fare Listing through Sabre when the thread started. I tried to pull it up again and did not see a fare published with OZ. Your display looks like another CRS than Sabre.

When I came back from North Korea, I just wrote "Korea" on the card. They didn't ask which Korea, and I didn't volunteer the information.

Oh yeah, http://www.tprophet.org/dprk2005 if you're interested in what North Korea looks like...

after reading the whole entire thread, i still do not know how to book this fare apart from using a travel agent. I tried using Emirates website but they do not have SFO or LAX as an option listed at all...

Perhaps someone could post of private me directly.

Thanks
