UA: SAN/DEN-CTU, <$550 for select dates Aug-Nov
Seems that UA is promoting CTU again, and I've found flights as low as $538 on UA metal, with 1 stop in SFO. At 14600 miles round trip, that's just under 3.7cpm!
Here are a couple examples:

Just found that it's also available from DEN for the same price (I live near DEN and didn't see this at first). All on UA, and one (*LONG*) connection in SFO, but a great deal at 3.4cpm!

Or return from CTU 2 days later, and have 2 stops on the way back (SFO, then LAX) for $542

United's CTU route really is quite interesting. During the low season (i.e. not summer and not Christmas), economy is always quite cheap, around $600, and fairly empty. During the high season, it's completely full and economy can be almost $2000 round-trip. Loads in business always seems high but it's never full.
