Hi All, I am not an expert at routes/flights, but I love a deal
I have found an itinerary from BHM to CDG that has a LHR overnight stopover that I would like to book through BA with the AARP link. However, when I try to use multi city and choose the same exact flights it is prices it at $2,800 per person. Am I missing something or do I just need to book through AA?

Just booked an open jaw LAX - VCE, NAP - LAX in September for $457. Was $1300+ earlier this year, even when flight to FCE were on sale. Probably won't earn jack for miles since it's a mix of partners in O with the last half on AA, but at that price I can skip the miles.

Most of the AA flights were gone by 7pm. I'm not sure if Delta & KLM are still working. They might be, but the AARP discount may only work if at least 1 leg is via BA. Also, know in advance that you have to pay extra on BA to choose your seat in advance, so for any long legs you probably want to choose the AA flight even if it's a couple of $ extra.
