Not all dates are available from what I can see. Best is to use ITA to search the cheapest dates then book through an OTA.

Found this fare while booking QR LAX fare, but since it is Z-fare, it cannot accrue miles to any program.

Good price for the fare though ^

Unable to book either through the airline website or expedia, fare shows up on google flights though.

I was able to price it on priceline using bookwithmatrix. Can you try ITA then bookwithmatrix or powertools?

Apparently, you can pay a nominal fee for an upgrade to first when you check-in. If that's the case, I wonder if you get re-booked to F-fare class (ie. F or A) and subsequently earn miles.

After using bookwithmatrix, Priceline shows the flights as economy (at least for my trip).

Unfortunately, this fare is an economy fare, although it's still a pretty good one at that ($13 base fare)
