[FARE GONE] Island hopper(UA154) UA:EWR-HNL-GUM-MNL/PEK-ORD $329
Just got a reservation for UA-154 the island hopper for $329, UA: EWR-HNL-GUM-MNL/PEK-ORD all in.
Searched Nov.3 EWR-GUM via HNL, Nov.5 GUM-MNL, Nov.19 PEK-ORD on itamatrix, the fare was $648.
After I used bookwithmatrix to priceline, I got price at $329.
PEK-ORD segment booked into G, the other segments booked into K, not a good deal for MR, but good deal for the island hopper.
Just want to share this information which may be useful for someone that are also interested in the island hopper.

That's pretty sweet. I was able to replicate it --
- Multicity search on ITA 3 flights
- First flight EWR-GUM on 11/3, in the advanced box type UA UA154
- Second flight GUM-MNL on 11/5
- Third flight PEK-ORD on 11/19
- Select the first flight which shows at $648
- Copy and paste page to Book with Matrix and choose Priceline
- Priceline returns with $329.26

Well found. $320 a solid price for UA154, but remember you've got to book MNL-PEK then at least one positioning flight here in the US.
Would do this, but I'm done for 2016.

Spent way to much time on this. Sadly I can't get this to work in between existing work trips otherwise I would be all over this assuming its honored. You can get it still through PL.
Edited to add splashed screenshot. Let the blogs do their own leg work.

I haven't taken the step through Priceline yet.
I put this together: ORD-SFO/LAX-HNL-GUM-MNL and returning from MNL via Japan (TYO or KIX) to ORD via SFO for an ITA Matrix price of about $604 for travel in January. Starting at EWR adds about $50.

Thanks once I realized the screenshot request was for a blog I decided to make it a little more FT friendly.
Thanks ^
Couldn't resist this fare once I got home. Played with it some more and got 778.56 for the hopper and EWR-HNL-5 stops-GUM-MNL-NRT-EWR over the course of about 4 days. No positioning and after crediting it to Copa I'll lock up *G for 2017 so I guess it will all be worth it. One night in Guam and one night in Manilla two new places for me.
Thanks again to the OP.

If anyone can make this work in the front of the plane you'll really be on to something. Obviously the flight would be quite a bit more but just the island hopper leg in front can be upwards of $3k from what I've seen previously.
Not sure I want to spend 15 hours in a 738 in the back of the bus.
