DL/SKY: JFK-PVG-SIN in fare B + T

Another pain killer:

https://www.google.com/flights/#sear...6-PVGJFK0MU297

Way better deal than flying DL metal. Reasons? based on http://www.gcmap.com/mapui?P=jfk-pvg-sin-pvg-jfk

Price: $570
MQM: (2357 * 1.5 + 7392) * 2 = 21855 MQM (2.7cpm)
MQD: (7392 * 0.1 + 2357 * 0.2) * 2 = 2421 MQD (way more than what we paid )
RDM:
Non medallion - (2357 + 7392 * 0.5) * 2 = 12106 SkyMiles
GM - 18159
PM - 21790
DM - 27238

Proof of fare class: (MAKE SURE YOU DONT BUY THE Q FARES)

I usually do runs on delta metal, how does partner airlines work?

How did you calculate the Skymiles for PM?
How was the MQD calculated?
Do we get any kind of upgrades as a delta PM?

Also I could not find the place to put my Delta# to earn miles/MQM when checking out on orbitz

1. See: http://www.delta.com/content/www/en_...a-eastern.html
2. Orbitz doesn't give fare class. Book on expedia just to be safe.
3. What kind of upgrade? Nada.

If I was still going for Delta status, I would do it in a hearbeat... except for mediocre food and IFE. So pack your own food & entertainment! I ran out of stuffs to watch in my JFK-PVG flight alone.

Orbitz does provide fare class. Just look under flight details.

Generally no upgrade as a Delta PM on MU. Only STE+ benefits. Priority checkin and boarding.

There is a drop down list for FF programs and corresponding FF number displayed when booking a ticket on Orbitz. You can also add it if you go back into Orbitz to check your trip details.

I booked my ticket, and then he his. Funny thing is that he has been issued a ticket number and I have not. He has selected his seats and I am unable to still, even though I booked first. It's strange.

Will update.
