October and November have been around for a while from various cities. September was too at some point. The last minute ones have been popping up the last couple weeks.
Just get the 10 year visa if you are american, then you don't need to worry next time a MR deal pops up. They seem to come up fairly often.
I got mine for the HU J deal a couple months ago. I already have 2 more MR deals booked later this year. Such a good investment that Visa was.

Edit: Looking at our schedule, we might not be able to make it for next week. (UGH!)
End of May to middle of July is what we actually really wanted but there is nothing even remotely close to the current prices of $450. :-(
