No miles on this one but it's just really cheap even for the depressed prices in Mother Russia.
Samples dates Oct 14-21
Same price for IST-DXB.
$50 more from DME, KZN
bookable on orbitz.com, not on ITA
MSQ may work too but could not find any dates that work.

Pay attention, these fares (and the 100 EUR fares LWO/KBP/MSQ-DXB that were yesterday on all blogs) are with AZALjet, the new lowcost division of J2.
