BA/IB: MAD-KUL $331 r/t (15,200 mi / 2.2 cpm)
Clearly an error fare, but for the moment it appears to work for any 14-day minimum trip from September through at least late November. As of now the fares appear to be bookable only on IB's website, and it looks like they work with any Oneworld carrier. Alas, fares are nonrefundable and only available in Y.

But dunno about the 14days, I've got a 7-13 October for £214 (+£5 credit card)

And it has to be ticketed by today! 07 MAY 15 as per the rules. Might be worth pointing out that there is a TLNCSALE - requires ticketing today, but is premium economy, books into T and earn a lot more avios/TPs than OLBNES fare. T class costs 249Euro base fare o/w. Can combine o/w T and o/w O for £426 MAD-KUL.
