Checking the seat map on my booking, it seems that on the return, ICN-FCO I am booked into Eco +, as I can only pick seats on rows 8-10.

Did you get Eco+ both ways, or just on the return?

In the booking e-mail it's shown only on the return.
Edit: checkmytrip shows Eco+ also on FCO-ICN

Tried as I might, availability for ICN to ROR didn't open up until July so I gotta pass. Helluva deal though!

This is clearly a fuel dump as the receipt on Alitalia website shows:

Fuel Surcharge:: 0 EUR

Also when I ask the itinerary to be sent to my e-mail, I only see the AMS-FCO and ICN-FCO segments. BRU-FCO and FCO-ICN do not appear.

Which airline advertises open-jaws? None. This is part of the fare rules.
