[FARE GONE] AA: ICN-ATL $299 ai RT

Credit to SecretFlying.

Atl seems to be the cheapest but also really decent to DFW, LAX, SEA. Trying other combos now. Doesn't seem to work in reverse.

Bookable on AA.com

Nice OW price. Cheap enough to buy the middle seat for 2 traveling together.

How about that...trying a dummy booking with AA still shows ~US$303 for a r/t ticket.

I'm not seeing lower than ~700, though I do see delta to various cities for $300.

Edit: Cancel that, I do see the ICN-DFW-ATL fare coming up for ~300. I have to admit, though, I can't think of a way to position for this cheaply.

EF shows the fare was filed at $17. Appears to have a 7 day min and 1M maximum - so it could be useful for multiple turns on the weekend while staying in the states during the work week and with an award flight to get you there in the first place (and back or just ditch the return at this price)

it's so frustrating to use matrix right now.. google flights isnt useful for this kind of search, but could use AA's off-peak award points to ICN (25,000 per way).

Not sure this is a mistake or "as much" a mistake as might appear. ICN-AA hubs on DL is also very cheap (roughly $480 ICN-DFW). This seems to be a war between DL and AA on ICN to US routes. So these could be really good opportunities to use EVIPs, I saw good C availability on ICN route last I looked.

yes, delta is even cheaper (at least on oneways), but their miles are...mmmmm...not worth anything :-)
