Available as low as $246.10 routing EWR-PHL-SFO-CLT-EWR at 5846 miles (w/500 mile min on the EWR-PHL sector) for 4.20CPM
Plenty of 0 night stays available all year.
Don't be fooled by the $253.20 fare via PHL in both directions at 6042 miles for 4.19CPM hardly worth the effort.

It could mess up the whole mileage run if you are trying to do a quick turn and have tight connections down the line. It would be handy if you were looking to cause a trip in vain situation; but unfortunately those segments are at the beginning and the end of the trip.
Hoping for a UA match ex. NYC but it seems highly unlikely. Even the ZFV mileage run worthy fares are few and far between these days.
