Obviously not a "mileage run" given Jetblue is revenue based, but wasn't sure where to post (mods please move as appropriate).
This is a new route, so I'm guessing they may be trying to generate "buzz". Anyway, lots of dates available, mostly on weekdays.
I don't know their program that well, but not sure you can credit this to any of their codeshare partners either. Still a great fare and figured it's worth sharing.

EDIT: I tried a different date that week (through the bar on the flight selection page), and then went back to my original date, and the nonstop came up at $58 RT ^ Buuut you can stay either 40 minutes or a day and 40 minutes.

If this price was going to stick around, this would actually be a better option than flying into BOS and taking the bus to the cape if you can find a similar fare to JFK. Even at $29 one way, that's almost the same cost as the bus from BOS to Hyannis.
