In what bookingclass do you found that segment?Possible to gain an easy ftl with that?

But yeah, they have just adjusted the prices to €22... (unless everybody already bought all the available €7 tickets)

for that price you could better do QDU-XER (strassbourg) for 400 something miles. But not even close to 5.0 cpm (find via Kayak, book with Bravofly)

Are these LH airrail segments only valid for credits in M&M, or also in other *aliance FFP's ?

No, Airail trips don't go towards the 30 segments.
