Thanks again to OP.

Very nice....is APW-VLI part of the same ticket or something you added separately?

We'll have to trade South Pacific stories in December.

Did anyone else book the first go around?

Wonder if something like FFlyerCDG put together can be done with RAR and VLI.

One can also book the fare starting in Australia and going to many places in Europe

eg. see below from SYD (prices in AUD so cheaper in USD)
Dates 5/11-19/11 return
Dublin $1117
Paris $1184
Athens $1165
Milan $1143
Istanbul $1112
Munich $1206
Dusseldorf $1199
Manchester $1308
Brussels $1146
Moscow $1310
London $1399
MEL-Zurich $1166

I posted the deal a couple of days ago here:

I presume you wouldn't be able to credit these flights to VS and receive miles? Except maybe the VA operated leg?

Travelling on 11Nov Largeeyes.

A question re this autodump fare.

I have a stop over in AKL and SIN. Would like to leave AKL a few days earlier, arriving in Apia earlier and arrive in SIN a few days earlier than currently scheduled - for the change is it just a question of checking that the flights to be changed are available in the same booking class or does the whole fare get redone?

I appreciate there is a 100 Euro change fees.

Why don't you call the airline... ?
Seems to me the best way to get a precise and reliable info

Yes that is normally what I'd do but this was booked on PL so they will refer me back to them - they take forever. So I thought I try my luck here incase someone had been through the same. Thanks for your response.
