The UA nonstop in E+ is probably the most comfortable, but 15 hours eating UA food sounds horrific. LX and AC are better than LH in general. That said, the new LH 748 has a nice Y product.
Unfortunately, DEL doesn't seem to work with this fare, or OS would be another excellent choice.
