With an overnight in LAX it can get down to 5.1cpm, $1214.40, 24053mi, $1092.91 PQD

Both the above are at the end of Feb with the following fare classes
DEN-EWR and EWR-DEN = G class
EWR-HKG-SIN-NRT-(LAX-)EWR = K class
