The Vierling--Marquette, MI

This restored brew pub features great whitefish dinners--they offer several different preparations like, Picatta, Cajun or Kensington. The fish is caught daily from Lake Superior, which you will have a great view of if you are seated in the non-smoking part of the restaurant. They also serve great soups, salads and sandwiches and have one of the best fish fry's in Marquette. The beer from their microbrewery is also worth trying. I've had no less than 100 meals here and haven't been dissapointed yet.

Just read about another restored building in Marquette, MI.

The Hotel Northland has been fully restored to its original 1930's style and has been renamed the Landmark Hotel. The hotel offers 62 rooms some with fireplaces.
