DTW North Terminal currency exchange?
Never flew international out of North Terminal before... Does anyone know if the currency exchange there charge exorbitant fees? I know they'll have EUR, but do they have THB and JPY?

I don't know, but please don't do it at DTW. Just hit an ATM when you arrive.

The absolute worst exchange rate you'll get is at a kiosk in an airport. ATMs are pretty much the best, especially if your bank doesn't charge fees.
