Unless you arrive on the weekend when there are no trains, or during the night it is only once an hour I think.

Definition of weekend in Israel is Friday afternoon a few hours before sunset until Saturday night, a few hours after sunset.

Sunday is the first day a the week, a regular working day and everything is 100% open.
