Ithaca: Hertz vs Avis?

Hi fellow FT travelers,

I'm flying into Ithaca tomorrow. I saw on Kayak that Hertz is listed as "off airport" and Avis is listed as "in terminal". Is this true? Or are they both actually in terminal?

Thanks in advance!

There are 2 Hertz locations. The first is on Culligan Dr; that's the ITH airport and in terminal. The other (close by) is Brown Rd, and that is for private aviation.
