Cancun Club Med / Club Mediterranee is BACK Summer 2014!
According to an article by Gay Nagle Myers in Mexico Travel Weekly:

Club Med is putting the final touches on a multimillion-dollar enhancement at its Cancun Yucatan resort. It is slated for completion this summer (2104).
Resort activities include tennis, windsurfing, wakeboarding, the flying trapeze and fitness classes, plus off-site excursions to Mayan ruins and reef explorations.
