Long time on hold
I spent 40 minutes on hold trying to reach customer service Platinum Elite line two days ago--I'm having the same problem today--any suggestions? Thank you for your help.

Yes, never call Platinum Guest Services as you are not prioritized in queue. Always call Platinum Reservations where you are prioritized; if they can't handle your request (but most they can) then they will queue you, with higher priority, to Guest Services.

Ask for a transfer. Some reservation specialist are cross trained in guest services.
