Giftcardrescue.com

Anyone else have any experience with them? Have a SW card that I sent in on Dec 3rd. No payment, called their customer support 6 times. No one ever answers. Started tweeting them when am I going to be paid, they blocked my twitter account. Facebook messaged them, they blocked my facebook? All I want is my money? Anyone else have similar issues reselling to these guys?

Your post begs the question:
Why would you ever do such a thing?

I've never heard of them.
How much loss, you probably can kiss it goodby.

I sold some cards to them once. They told me that they mailed me a check but it didn't arrive for a month or so. After I contacted them via the support email, it eventually got reissued and delivered. If you wanna try your luck, here's another number from the support email that you might wanna try: 1-877-800-4413.

If I can ask, what was the cost to sell gift cards to them?
After buying gift cards, and paying that fee, and selling them again, can't be very cost effective.

This company is awful. I have been waiting for over a month for a check from them. It took over three weeks to even get an acknowledgment that they received my cards, and that was after providing two different people the tracking data from USPS.

Avoid giftcardrescue.com like the plague. Easily the worst gift card broker online today.

They are the absolute worst ....ing amateur hackshop I have ever had experience with.

Email their CEO [email protected]

or call his cell 301-437-7719

That's the only way I got anything done with these idiots

They are notorious. See this MtoM post.

Please send the requested documents within 30 days of receipt of this email or your order will be deemed abandoned and donated to GiftCardRescue.com on your behalf.
They were featured on season 1 of Shark Tank. Robert/Kevin bought 50% for $200K.

Me: order placed 12/07, they finally acknowledged it 12/31 after an email, payment "supposedly" sent 1/07 (It should be here by now, im in a neighboring state). I will NEVER do business with them again.

Are you thinking of VGC or some other open-loop gift cards? That's not what these gift card brokers are for. You can sell them your unused/unwanted merchant gift cards for cash, at a variable fraction of the face value of course.

I sent in one $100 gas gc on 12/10, they finally recieved the cards on 1/6. No word if or when a check will be sent to me. Same issues with trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone. I will not be doing any more business with them.

It's common among these types of businesses to first sell your card and then pay you. Same thing with ABCGiftcard.com, until someone buys the card you won't get paid.
