Besides, on this deal there were discussions on how the POS software has become sync now that even at OM there is no need to do a bar code scan on the promo sheet to get the discount off.

When you read a long running thread, pay attention on the dates of the DPs posted so you would not confuse old DPs with current reality.
-- One of the OD I visited- $30 off on $600 didn't work. Cashir was sying only $15 allowed in 1 transaction

Cashier error. Wrong key was pressed.

Read the above post upthread posted on Aug 22. - the manager made the same error (I pressed the wrong key that's why you didn't get $30 on the first try yesterday, I apologize.) but he later realized it and made it right to the customer the following day.

She either did not want to try again or had no clue how it should be. Some employees in almost all stores, would simply NOT like customers pointing out their errors - since they had control of the POS there was nothing a customer could do other than involving the higher up. However that should not be classified as POS not working at your store as DPs have been overwhelmingly supporting the 2 deals can be done at one transaction but the maximum rebates also is limited to 2 deals regardless how much you buy.

Can this be done with the Five Back cards too?

The sign for the promo is gone. Is it done?

Same here. I even pointed out that I was making $10 on the purchase (didn't talk about points) and he replied "no, no, you're making $30".

I know this promo is over, but for future reference... I bought this style Visa and successfully unloaded it to Bluebird at the Money Center counter at Walmart. No need to hit the red button to cancel credit, just immediately swiped as a debit card. Last 4 digits as the PIN.

The image referenced is not the Style VISA. It's the regular one and the reason why it worked.
