M&M account hacked and miles stolen

M&M account hacked and miles stolen
After logging on to my account I realized that it had been hacked and someone ordered gift cards using the balance. Anyone has any experience with that? Called M&M but they were not very helpful - told me to file a police report and said they do not have any details regarding this transaction other than the reference number (surely they must know where these gift cards have gone to 
)

I suggest you call M&M in Germany as they must be aware of the problem.
